The footpath to my local shopping mall runs beside this river.

It’s also a tiny part of the central north/south portion of the Trans Pennine Trail.

This hill was so steep, it was like walking up to the sky!

No easy task when your hay fever is causing your eyes and nose to stream and you can’t stop sneezing!

I’m no expert on fungi, and have no idea what these are called…

…but aren’t they magnificent!

White Leaves

I couldn’t decide why some of the leaves on this plant were so white.

I suspect they got sprayed with something…but have no idea what or why. It certainly makes it stand out!
